Hello! For all those computer wizards smarter out there, I need help. I was scrolling through Google when I noticed this picture: Question http://www.naruto-pictures.us/uploads/images/Evil_Dark_Deidara_Naruto_Picture.jpg is, how well I can get my photos!? I love to draw and drew this picture as a sketch, but how I can change it? I have the GIMP 2 for what brushes and tools I can use to create that kind of effect? Like the blue and the trees and stuff. Please help, I would love a practical and easy to read tutorial on how to do it. Best gets 10 points! 
It seems that a combination of photo montage work (trees and bottom) and hand a draw figure in the foreground. Google tutorials for GIMP photomontage, then google for GIMP drawing tutorials. There are literally thousands of brushes available for free for GIMP (google is your friend). The colors are in the GIMP's color palette. You can also apply filters in the GIMP, as hue and saturation that can make everything blue.
